Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez took his verbal battle with the United States to the floor of the U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday, calling President Bush “the devil.”
The impassioned speech by the leftist leader came a day after Bush and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sparred over Tehran’s disputed nuclear program but managed to avoid a personal encounter.
“The devil came here yesterday,” Chavez said, referring to Bush’s address on Tuesday and making the sign of the cross. “He came here talking as if he were the owner of the world.”

The White House has refused comment but Flap will respond.
American people why are we listening to Marxist Latin American dictators and Islamofascists at the United Nations which derives over 25 per cent of its support from the United States?
Isn’t it time to send the United Nations out of New York and withdraw from this useless, reckless, ineffective, racist and anti-semitic institution?
Chavez’s speech was a JOKE by a smart-ass piece of shit NUTTTER-MORON dictator. Send him home and boycott Venezulean products, including its oil.

Chavez’s comments were idiotic and inappropriate but funny. And the comparison with Castro hold’s some truth. But people never laugh at something which doesn’t contain some truth. The National Security Strategy of 2002 calls for US Dominance in any area of the world where the US has security or economic interests. It calls basically for world domination. And the US has been guilty of launching many coups against goverments in South America.
And really are some of Bush’s comments any less idiotic than Chavez’s. Axis of Evil, Bring it on. If you’re not with us you’re against us. With Bush its black and white my way or the highway. In many ways Bush resembles a third world dictator who pouts when he doesn’t get his way.
The Bush goverment has not respected the rule of law and has behaved in many ways like a democracy should. Dozens of legal scholars have called the NSA wiretapping illegal. It clearly violates FISA. The supreme court has declared the military tribunals illegal. The supreme court has ruled that Article 3 of the genevea conventions need to be folled.
When the Torture law was passed last year Bush ammended it with a signing statement saying it violated his constitutional rights as commander and chief.
Civil liberties have been diminished with patriot act.
American like sheep are blindly following a leader who offers noting but sound bites and the phrase “Trust me”.

What a brilliant counter argument
When you are at a loss for words/argument you start accusing people of their education, you accuse people of hosting the site in the US.
I have repeatedly said, I respect the American people with great regard, they are one of the most humble and kind hearted people I have ever met. My issue is not with the people or their education system (which is great) but I am pissed at the way Bush is handling this international fiasco. I am sure you get a HIGH watching the expanding empire, wielding the power to bomb any country you want and then walk away smiling, and literally mumbling …next please. To sit on top of the world and be able to do that is exhilarating, but all I ask you is to think about the millions of people who you choose to trample over, would you like it if you were being trampled over, HELL no, you would join hands and fight the enemy, just what you did after 9/11 that’s called patriotism. But then there must be a limit and a careful plan for protecting ones boundary
Now think about Pakistan, you threaten to bomb us at will, would I let an invading army come and trample over my country, HELL No, and I choose to fight, same goes for Afghan’s, Iraqis, Lebanese, and even Iranis or any other country which may be threatened in the future.
The world is not a place to have a raving lunatic wielding a sword swinging it at will. All aggressions have to be carefully thought out not like the Iraqi mess you created, it was bad to start off and you have made it worse, went for WMD’s finding none moved to liberating a country which now seems to be in a major civil war. Conquering and attacking the world is not the best way to solve your 9/11 problem. The WTC event took the lives of 3000 innocent people but in response you have killed over 72,000 people in retaliation what is the logic in such rampant killing, you seem no better then Al-Qaeda blowing up WTC
Intelligent people like you need to stop and think, I don’t mean to tell you to let go of your ideals, but stop and think how you can save lives, stop to think of a peaceful solution. That’s all I ask.
