John McCain Watch: McCain Calls Mitt Romney a PIG
Republican presidential hopeful, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., greets members of the audience following a campaign stop in Dover, N.H., Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007.
John McCain often criticized for having a volatile temper called Mitt Romney a pig today while campaigning in New Hampshire.
As Senator John McCain rolled down a New Hampshire highway today in his “Straight Talk Express” campaign bus, he listened to a description of the latest attack on him by his chief rival in this state’s primary, Mitt Romney.
He smirked as he heard the former Massachusetts governor’s assertion that McCain wanted to allow illegal immigrants to remain permanently in the United States.
Asked how he intended to respond, the Arizona Republican said: “Never get into a wrestling match with a pig. You both get dirty — and the pig likes it.”
This reminds Flap why McCain’s campaign imploded many months ago – McCain is a cranky, angry old man who does not have the temperament to be President.
Remember Bomb Iran?
McCain’s temper has been an issue.
Yes, Mitt Romney is attacking you, Senator, but to call him or insinuate that he is a PIG is beyond all belief.
John McCain, you owe Mitt Romney an apology.
And, both of you, grown, mature men, should knock off the sandbox fighting.
Stay tuned……

AND as if that wan’t enough all by itself, did everyone just pass their limit of memory on the Shamnesty Bill…the McCain-Kennedy Bill?
If so I guess there’s no hope for them to remember the Keating 5, the Second Amendment infringements, McCain-Feingold ofwhich he offers today “is just fine with me”, McCain boasts that he voted against Bush’s tax cuts.
His service record gains my complete respect but, it certainly doesn’t gain him the presidency.

Here’s McCain talking about Romney fews years ago. Could someone (Romney) change from being honest diligent intelligent and man of integrity this quick/soon?

LOL!
One Liberal endorsing another, what could be more natural? However, we’re all now aware of Willard’s record…tsk, tsk McCain.

Looks like you guys are doing a pretty fine job of piling on John McCain. If you really, badly want to go after him, maybe you should check out what date he quit the Navy on. Oh, you don’t know? It was the same day that his father died. Guess the decorated war hero just didn’t want his pa to know he was gonna quit. Other than that, he’s a splendid patriot…

What’s that got to do with the price of eggs Ling?? Not a damn thing.

You of course didn’t take this and blow it out of proportion or omit a portion of what was actually said to sensationalize your story either did you? The part where when asked if he was calling McCain a pig and McCain said of course not that it was meant as a generalization. Slow news day huh? Have to make up your own story as you go to make it interesting.
Flap
It was a generalization meaning he was referring to Ron Paul?
Please, McCain is cagey like a fox and he meant what he said.
