Former U.S. Republican and REFORM PARTY presidential candidate Pat Buchanan (L) debates with PBS talk show host Tavis Smiley during a taping of “Meet the Press” at the NBC studios September 30, 2007 in Washington. Buchanan and Smiley spoke on topics related to the 2008 presidential elections.
But, Pat, you made YOUR OWN Faustian Bargain in switching to the Reform Party to run for President in 2000.
So, how can we on the RIGHT believe YOU?

Ron Paul Watch: The Red State Ban Part Two
Eric Erickson of RedState STRIKES BACK at David All and Captain Ed Morrissey as Flap did yesterday in response to their comments in this New York Times piece.
David is entitled to his opinion and to riding our story into the media spotlight as a professional tech consultant if he wants, but I have to question if he is too enamored by the technology the Ron Paul supporters use to see clearly what we’ve experienced, what we’ve done, and if he really, really wants these folks in his anti-Hillary coalition.
As regular readers know, we’ve deleted all the recent offending comments and posts and shut down accounts. But, as regular readers know, the following emails I’ve gotten since we imposed the ban are also fairly identical to the types of comments and diaries we’ve shut down:….
Indeed, Flap has received his own incendiary NUTSOID comments such as these (including some that are profane and I will not reprint):
Comment by Mike
Jews are not holy. They are not tolerant. They enjoy the dispossession and supression of whites. They have enjoyed the exploitation of Europeans. They do not like generally to live in non-white “developing†countries. They do not raise a cry about “multiculturalism†in asian countries like they do in European countries!
********
That is bull. Why should Mr Paul demand Stormfront withdraw their support of his campaign? I am a member of Stormfront and I know there is some “hate†stuff promoted by some, but if you read the majority of what is posted there…its pro white.
What is wrong with being pro-white? We are a proud people who have contributed much to our civilization and have contributed to the up keep of other countries as well. We have always been a people to give to those less fortunate then we have been. Look at all the money we have sent to all of the third world countries. They never pay us back and yet we keep sending to money to them. Have you looked, really looked lately at our own country? It is being over run by illegal aliens… in some of our southern states, hospitals are shutting down because they can no longer stay open and take care of these people.
We are a proud people…I am! I am proud to be white and I will not allow anyone to dictate to me…that I should hang my head because I am white and want to support another American for wanting to get us out of wars we do not belong in.
I support our troops as most people at Stormfront do. We just want to brought back home to take care of our own invasion. Our southern states are over run and our own government will not stop this before the south becomes another part of Mexico. If you don’t believe this …then get on the net…take a little vacation to the states of New Mexico, Arkansaw…especially the NW area, California, Arizona…I know my own state of Illinois is starting to be over run with them in Chicago.
Yes, we at Stormfront support Ron Paul and will continue to do so. I do not believe he has to be a White Nationalist for anyone to support him, tho I wish he were. He is an American who is trying to give back to America what we once had. A government for the people and by the people.
Wake up, before you find yourself a second class citizen … if you are not already! Please wake up … we are in a war here to preserve the future for all white children. What is wrong with that? Why do our kids have to be bused to a place where there are nothing but other races there? Why can’t they stay in their own neighborhoods as it was when I was a child. No, I was not in the better parts of town which had better schools as some where in my town, but at least I went to school with those of my own race. What is wrong with that?
Blacks have the black college funds…we don’t because we would be called racists.
Blacks have their own tv channels…we don’t because we would be called racists.Jews have their own college funds…and they don’t even follow the rules the ADL says we have to follow here in the United States Of America. Why?
I am truly not a person who “hates†other races … I just want to be allowed to love my own race and be proud to say I am white…and that my race has contributed many great leaders for our world. Stormfront talks about these kinds of things…we want our troops home…what is wrong with that, we need them on our own borders. We do not want to protect a country which doesn’t even follow the rules the ADL wants to shove down our throats.
Wake up America you are being had…all races have been had and they’d better find out the enemy is not the white race…it never has been. We have helped all races ,… when are they going to return the favor?
Ron Paul, is a start…wake up!
**********As I said yesterday:Earth to David. When Ron Paul loses the GOP nomination his enthusiastic supporters and most of his voters will MOVE back to the Libertarian, Constitution and Reform Parties. Why do you think the Paul campaign is encouraging GOP voter registration? Most of their people have not been nor ever will be registered GOP voters.
RedState can do and have done what is best for them. The Paulites have plenty of outlets for their enthusiasm and internet clamor. Ron Paul should hope that after he throws in the Presidential towel that some of them may stick around to help in the destined GOP primary challenge to him in his Texas Congressional District.
Perhaps Paul will marshall them to run on the Libertarian Party Presidential ticket once again? And, then retire.
Eric, I agree and do with your site as you feel best. I understand your frustration.Previous:

The Mother of All Tax Increases Brought to You by the Democrats

The “mother of all tax increases” is already being proposed by Charles Rangel, D-NY, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Rangel does not forsee a vote on the total proposal this year.
Is this a preview of a Democrat administration featuring Hillary Clinton?
You betcha – TAX and Spend Redistribution of Income.
The bill will add a 4% surtax on Americans earning more than $150,000 a year ($200,000 for couples). That is on top of the scheduled expiration of the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts. So, under Democrats’ plan, over the next few years, the individual income top tax rate in the will rise from 35% to 44%.
Update:
Former New York City Mayor and GOP Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani just released comments on the Rangel proposal:
“We certainly shouldn’t raise taxes the way Charlie Rangel wants to … It would be devastating to our economy. … When the government takes more money out of it and takes it for the government to program the spending, it begins to diminish our economy. It puts a lid on it and then it begins to decline. Particularly, this suggestion today would be devastating to our economy – particularly the taxes that would reduce investment. … It makes no sense to be raising the rate on capital gains when we want more investment in this country. All we’re saying to people is go find some place else to invest. The corporate tax rate in America is the second highest in the world. The President of France wants to lower the corporate tax rate in France because France is losing money, and their rate is lower than ours. So we’ve got a group of Democrats who want to go to the left of France in our economic policy. It doesn’t make any sense. …â€
Stay tuned…….

Illegal Aliens Arrested for Stealing Food and Water of San Diego Evacuees
Evacuees and volunteers gather clothing at Qualcomm Stadium Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, in San Diego, which is being used as an evacuation center for people displaced by wildfires. The fires have destroyed 1,500 homes and caused at least a half-million people to flee, the largest evacuation in state history. At least 1,200 of the damaged homes were in San Diego County, and officials believe that number will rise.
Secure the damn border, President Bush.

Giuliani Florida Poll Watch: Rudy Leads GOP Field and Beating Hillary
Republican presidential hopeful former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani speaks to local residents during a town hall meeting, Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, in Davenport, Iowa
The Florida GOP NUTS:
- Rudy – 30 (+3 since last poll Oct 1-8)
- Thompson 14 (-5)
- McCain 14 (+6)
- Romney 12 (-5)
- Huckabee 8 (+4)
- Undecided 11 (-5)
Since last Sunday’s GOP debate in Florida, Rudy has maintained his lead and has gone over the 30 per cent mark. Both Thompson and Romney are fading while McCain and Hukabee who most pundits said dd well in the debate have done better.
Florida appears to be Rudy’s to lose. Giuliani had not been over the 30 per cent mark since June of this year.
In the general election match-up with Hillary Clinton, Rudy leads:
- Rudy – 46%
- Hillary – 43%
This reverses her last month’s lead of three points over the Mayor.
Stay tuned…….

Day By Day by Chris Muir October 25, 2007
Right you are Chris.
While Malibu started to burn “MEATHEAD” Rob Reiner sang Happy Birthday to Hillary in Brentwood. The next morning while Malibu exploded with wildfire, Hillary beat it up to Fresno and then that night to San Francisco for a fundraiser.
But she cares? As all of Southern California ignited with fire, Hillary left to raise campaign cash.
What can this all mean?

Bob Kerrey Out of Nebraska Senate Race
Former Senator Bob Kerrey (left) and Former U.S. Sec. of Agriculture Mike Johanns
Senator John Ensign, R-Nevada (Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee), is breathing easier tonight since former Nebraska Democrat Governor and Senator Bob Kerrey announced today that he would not be entering the race for United States Senate. The seat is currently held by the retiring incumbent GOP Senator Chuck Hagel.
Former Nebraska Gov. Mike Johanns will seek the Republican nomination after resigning last month as U.S. Agriculture Secretary. Other GOP candidates may include state Attorney General Jon Bruning and Schuyler businessman Pat Flynn.
This will be one seat that should be secure for John Ensign and the GOP. He can now turn his attention to Virginia, New Mexico, Louisiana, Colorado et al..
The GOP has a tough 2008 campaign season and many hard races to defend in 2008.
John Ensign needs all the help he can get.

John McCain Watch: Woodstock

Remember John McCain’s quip at last Sunday’s GOP debate in Florida?
JOHN MCCAIN: “A few days ago, Senator Clinton tried to spend one million dollars on the Woodstock concert museum.
“Now my friends, I wasn’t there. I’m sure it was a cultural and pharmaceutical event.
“I was, I was tied up at the time.”
McCain’s campaign today released this ad which will soon be playing in the New Hampshire media market.
One of the best ads of the Presidential season and will serve the Senator well.

Illegal Immigration Watch: Dream Act Fails in Senate
Light poles and a metal fence (L), recently constructed by US National Guards, are part a double-fence border barrier that runs along the US-Mexico border 04 October 2007 east of San Luis, Arizona. The US Senate on Wednesday blocked a bid to give children of illegal immigrants a path to legal status, again dashing hopes for any meaningful action on immigration reform before 2008 elections.
The United States Senate rejected the Dream Act today leaving any hopes for immigration reform with the next President and Congress.
The bill would have allowed illegal immigrants, if they passed background checks and became permanent legal residents, to qualify for lower in-state tuition rates at state colleges and universities.
The Dream Act would thus confer the benefits of cheaper college tuition for illegal aliens. For example, my college age children would continue to pay out of state Indiana tuition to attend Purdue University while an illegal alien in that state would pay a lesser amount.
So, what happens next? The Presidential election of 2008 where illegal immigration will be the MAIN issue in many Southern and Western states.
Stay tuned……..
