Republican Youth Vote In California Back Giuliani For President

Foster City, CA- November 30, 2007– Earlier this afternoon members of the California Young Republicans voted to endorse Mayor Giuliani in his bid for President. Chairman Brinkman led the call and was pleased with the outcome, as she serves as California Youth Co-Chairman for Rudy Giuliani . “There are over 1.6 million California Republicans aged 18-34. Our job is to help those voters see why Rudy is the right man to lead our nation,” stated Brinkman.

What Young Republicans Are Saying About Rudy Giuliani

  • Chairman Catherine Brinkman declared, “I have been a supporter of Rudy well before he decided to run for President. He is one of the reasons I got involved in politics. I was elated when he announced his bid for President in our great state last February. We must remember we are a nation at war. Mayor Giuliani has been battling terrorists since the early 1980s, well before I knew what a terrorist was. There is no one more qualified with better leadership and experience to lead our nation during this fragile time in our history. He has the guts and where with all to pull America through this war and get our economy back on track.”
  • Zack Scrivner who serves as National Committeeman believes, “Rudy Giuliani is a proven leader, and he is the Republican candidate for President most capable of defeating Hillary Clinton in November.”
  • National Committeewoman Courtney Mayo remarked, “As someone who was one of the reasons I became involved in politics, I am thrilled to support Rudy Giuliani for President. A proven leader, he exemplifies the qualities I expect in a President – smart, straight-forward and dedicated to his beliefs. His leadership on September 11, 2001 made him a hero and with his unwavering committment to fighting the global war on terrorism, is why Rudy Giuliani has my vote for President in 2008.”

The California Young Republicans Web site is here.

In many poll demographics Rudy polls especially well with American youth voters.

Now, with social networks and outreach will they turn out, volunteer and most importantly VOTE.

Hizzoner’s New Social Network: Team Rudy

Like the majority of other presidential campaigns this year, Rudy Giuliani‘s campaign team has been experimenting with a presence on many of the most popular social networking sites.

Now the campaign has launched its own.

“What we want to do is to give people the opportunity to volunteer, even if they don’t have time to go to headquarters, or if they live far from their local headquarters,” says a Giuliani staffer who worked on the project.

Giuliani supporters can score points with the mayor by writing letters to the editors of local newspapers from the Web site, hosting parties, telling the campaign why they support New York City’s former mayor, by making calls to talk radio stations, volunteering their time, or, of course, by making financial donations.

Flap says JOIN Team Rudy today.

Republican presidential candidate, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, speaks during a town hall meeting in Boca Raton, Florida November 30, 2007.

At a town hall meeting in Florida this afternoon, a questioner asked Rudy what he was going to do about Russian President Vladimir Putin?

Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani on Friday advocated a strong military build-up by the United States as a bulwark against the oil-rich Russian President Vladimir Putin and his increasing consolidation of power in the country.

“The good part with Russia is we’re not in a Cold War, there is no longer a Soviet empire, their desires are still of a matter of concern but they’re not nearly what they used to be and we don’t want to get ourselves back into that,” said Giuliani, who described Putin as both “good and bad.”

“Long term the way we prevent getting ourselves back into that, both with regard to Russia, and even China, is to become militarily even stronger.”

Of course! And a good answer by the Mayor. The military was weakened by Hillary Clinton’s husband, Bill, and while he used the “peace dividend” to pay down budget deficits over the long term America’s military might still suffers.

The Mayor has not lost a step with the “political hits” over the last few days and is playing to his leadership role as America’s next President.

When the chips are down, who does America REALLY want as President to lead them against Russia, China, Iran and the rest of the Islamofascists?

Rudy

Man Takes Hostages At Clinton Campaign Office
Witnesses Say Man Has Bomb-Like Device Strapped To Chest

An armed man has taken two campaign workers hostage at the Hillary Clinton campaign office in Rochester, police said.

Officials with the campaign confirmed that there were two workers taken hostage in the office on 28 North Main St.. A woman and her baby told workers at a neighboring business that she was released by the hostage-taker.

“A young woman with a 6-month or 8-month-old infant came rushing into the store just in tears, and she said, ‘You need to call 911. A man has just walked into the Clinton office, opened his coat and showed us a bomb strapped to his chest with duct tape,'” witness Lettie Tzizik said.
