Ron Paul Watch: October Fundraising Goal Short $1.4 Million
Ron Paul has not reached his October fundraising goals by $1.4 Million or short by about 35 per cent.
Maybe all of his supporters are waiting for the November 5th fundriaising event.
In the meantime, Paul’s first television commercials are running in New Hampshire draining his campaign coffers.
Is this shortfall reflecting a decrease in support for the Paul Revolution? Or the inevitability of a losing campaign?
Stay tuned…..

Flapper,
You’ll change your tune after Nov. 5th, amigo!
To be honest, the campaign (as they have acknowledged) shouldn’t have set the goals for Oct-Nov-Dec as 4-mil-4mil-4mil, but rather 3mil-4mil-5mil.
The actual total for Oct. was about $3mil, as 10 days of offline donations and about 120K in offline fundraisers haven’t been added.
But again, prepare for Nov. 5th. It’s gonna be amazing!

As I wrote maybe the Paul supporters are waiting for November the 5th.
But. perhaps people are tired of giving to a campaign that is 2% in the polls. Or maybe they will give in any case.
We will see.

He’s at 7.4% in New Hampshire according to the recent St. Anselm’s College poll, placing him in fourth (above “top-tier” Thompson). And he’s at 5% nationally in the latest USA Today/Gallup. And over at intrade.com he’s in 3rd place to get the Republican nomination, having just passed Fred Thompson this morning:
Giuliani 40.0% chance to get the Rep. nom
Romney 25.3%
Paul 9.0%
Thompson 8.1%
McCain 7.1%
Huckabee 4.5%
As I said, the actual total for Oct. will be about $3 mil once the offlines are added (I don’t know why they haven’t been yet). That puts the campaign on a pace to make ~9 mil for the quarter, which would be a big increase over last quarter’s $5.2 mil. But the rate is increasing, not decreasing. And Nov. 5th will raise a TON. Yes, we will have to wait and see, no one can predict the future, but anecdotally within Ron Paul Nation I can tell you the buzz is enormous and growing. It will easily be a 7-figure day.

Here is a link to the Real Clear Politics polls.
Ron Paul is not mentioned. Fancy that. It must be a conspiracy.
But, if the Libertarians want to give money to run ads like the utterly stupid ones he has running in New Hampshire at the moment. Have at it.
Most folks have better uses for their money.

I have been known to kill goats, swine, cattle, deer, turkeys, chicken, rabbits, snakes, skin and eat them (cooked of course)….from Texas to Georgia for 56 years
AND
I also recently donated to the Ron Paul Campaign….
and donated him a billboard…..
You may now (with my blesing) tell the WORLD that a monstrous killer is supporting Ron Paul AND “I certainly hope he uses the money soon” because I am going to send him some more as soon as possible, or when I’m in the mood….You may have just gotten me into the mood now…..

lol, it’s clear you don’t like Ron Paul by the articles you post. Even more clear is that you can’t make a single legitimate argument and are reduced to SLANDERING.
