Obama refusing public financing means that he can put out as many ads as he wants, in all the swing states. Obama can keep firing ads at Georgia and North Carolina while McCain won't have the money to respond. Or, if does respond, then he won't be able to attack in PA and Ohio. You think McCain can make anything out of the fact that Obama reneged on his promise to accept public funds? McCain does have an uphill task.
