The latest ABC News/Washington Post poll is not even close. John McCain beats Obama 72% to 48%

So, what has happened?

Iraq War success and American voters recognize that John McCain was RIGHT about the war all along.

America will NOT support surrender in Iraq. Obama’s flip-flop on his Iraq War position is validation of this – even Obama recognizes the anti-war left has an untenable position.

As Iraq War success increases so will John McCain in the polls.

    Flap,

What are you going to do if the old man chooses Romney as his running mate? I have already stated that I will not vote for that ticket.

  2. Flap says:

Well Houston then we have a problem……

    But, would Obama be worse?

  3. Dennis says:

I am still trying to evaluate Obama. I still see him as a left leaning democrat without the necessary background to become President. In short, I am turned off with the candidates from both parties.

In my opinion, McCain is too old to run as a first term President. Moreover, I am never sure where he will come out on particular issues. However, one thing I am sure of is that I will never vote for a ticket which includes Romney!!

  4. Flap says:

You have valid points but I would hate to see all ofd those Dems with a majority in Congress and the White House.

I don’t think that many changes will be in US with Obama.
