Why is the Media in the Tank for John Edwards?

Mickey Kaus answers the question besides the obvious answer of bias and illustrates the “double standard” especially at the Los Angeles Times which has instructed its bloggers to not write about the story.

In the meantime, John Edwards has NO comment and Fox News has interviewed the Beverly Hills security guard who intervened between John Edwards and the National Enquirer reporters.

Flap is waiting for the photos from the National Enquirer.

You know they are going to drop soon.

Will John Edwards continue to “stonewall” the flap or will he check himself into rehab?

   Last time this broke out, I thought it was just some tabloid blowing things out of proportion. But this time it seems Mr. $400 haircut has been well and truly exposed. And the entire lefty blogosphere was behind Edwards until he dropped out. Let’s see what they have to say about this now.

   Once again the “media” is biased and we all know it, that’s why after all their secrets and democratic scandal cover ups, people will continue to vote conservative, why? because no matter how you try, what’s done in the dark will always come to the light.

   but you know what? people will continue to “convince” themselves that it’s OK to lie
