Jackson Browne, left-wing song writer and singer is suing John McCain and the GOP over an energy ad.

However, Browne’s music is all over You Tube in other apparent copyright violations.

The danger for the LEFT in pursuing this tactic is for the RIGHT to organize boycotts of certain artists’ music.

Flap supposes Lefties like Browne and Jimmy Buffet who bitch and moan about their copyrights will just have to withstand the exposure – despite their high priced attorneys.
