If the November 4th Presidential election were held today, John McCain would win the Presidency. All of the polling data for the above graphic is here.

Of course, the race is very fluid but this is the first time in weeks that McCain has led Obama in the Electoral College.

A few noteworthy poll events this morning:

Should Pennsylvania, Washington, and other barely Democrat states (58 electoral votes) start breaking for McCain the race will be over.

But, stay tuned…….

I live in MO and am watching the race rather closely. Bush won MO in 2004 but I dont think itll happen again. Claire McCaskill won over a republican in 2004 and I think that MO will come through to win over for Obama. Just my humble opinion.

follow the money, not the polling, which can be manipulated. 100-1 obama wins in a landslide if he doesn’t self destruct.

I live in Utah, going to college, there’s a good hardcore McCain support group out here, but surprisingly there are many more people that like Obama then there were for the last democratic candidate.

Sorry, we are not a Christian nation. If you go by our Founding Fathers, they were Deists, not Christians. And today, we have Christians, Jews, Muslims, Catholics, Agnostics, Atheists, Hindus, Buddhists … and not that it matters to me, but Obama is also a Christian. I wouldn’t care if he were a Muslim, but he is not. People can call him a Muslim all they want (a sick pandering trick to turn the Muslim-haters out there against him), but he’s a Christian. He sat in the pews of Trinity Church for 20-some-odd years (something that REALLY bothers a lot of people) … which proves he’s a Muslim??? How do you get that? You can’t have it both ways. If he were Muslim, why has he never been a practicing Muslim? He’s 48, so let’s go back 30 years to when he entered adulthood, and probably NO IDEA that he’s be in politics, certainly no idea that he might be president … also a time when being a Muslim was not = to being “the enemy” to many Americans, so no reason to hide from it … especially for a Black Man … he could have joined Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam … but no, he attended Christian churches. He’s Christian, plain and simple, and pandering to the bigots deplorable. It’s depressing that this is even part of our national discourse.
