    A deal was reached, so the postponement of the debate may become moot.

    don’t think mccain wants to debate barack until polls increase for him or rather to gain the initiative. this economic crisis, caused by regulatory failures, has benifited obama greatly. this punt by mccain i think will backfire cause he hasn’t made any major speeches for over six weeks until recently. its been all about palin and not about policy. i think voters have had a gut full and want to know how to fix this crisis, not whether obama ‘dissed’[lipstick on a pig] palin,etc,etc
