Retired Marine General James Jones on Meet The Press, September 10, 2007 discussing the Iraq War

Perhaps.

A pretty good sign for hawks, a pretty bad sign for doves — word is that Retired Marine Gen. James Jones, who made an appearance with John McCain during the campaign, appears to be Obama’s pick for National Security Adviser. It was never clear about whether the appearance represented an actual or merely de facto endorsement, it did quash buzz that Jones was a potential running mate for Obama.

With Hillary Clinton’s appointment at State, Robert Gates apparently staying on at Defense, Eric Holder as the Attorney General and some of the other Clinton Administration retreads, the LEFT must be going NUTS today.

President-elect Barack Obama has moved to the center in appointing his cabinet.

Is this change?

Plus Ca Change……
