Gay marriage is NOT a right no matter what one Justice of the California Supreme Court says. And, the people of California have spoken.

Yes, it sad that Marjorie Christiffersen had to resign her job, and it is sad that other individuals have had to resign their respective jobs because of the followout of their contributions to Proposition 8.

However, what is even more sad are the many thousands of gay and lesbians couples whose marriages are now at severe risk because Proposition 8 was enacted, and the even greater numbers of gays and lesbians who now do not have the right to get married in California. Don’t forget who the real victims are here.
