Perhaps those outside of Tallahassee approved of Jeb because they didn't have as much to lose with Jeb's privatization plan that took money out of our state and gave it to his buddies elsewhere. I think he should have run. A) I think with the way things are going, a vulnerable selection in Illinois that will run again in 2010, a stupid selection in NY who will have to run again in 2010, Harry Reid could be in trouble, the Dems have no one to hide behind for the next election. I think the GOP could do some damage in 2010 and Jeb Bush would have been another take away. B) Being in the Senate would have given him a good national stage to work from. Good post.
