Sarah Palin Strikes Back: Who Is Trig’s Real Mom?

In an lengthy interview for the forthcoming documentary “Media Malpractice” Governor Sarah Palin, for the first time at length, takes on the media coverage of her and the 2008 campaign

Alaksa Governor Sarah Palin continues her attack on the media in Esquire Magazine. Here is another of the quotes:

“Bored, anonymous, pathetic bloggers who lie annoy me….I’ll tell you, yesterday the Anchorage Daily News, they called again to ask — double-, triple-, quadruple-check — who is Trig’s real mom. And I said, Come on, are you kidding me? We’re gonna answer this? Do you not believe me or my doctor? And they said, No, it’s been quite cryptic the way that my son’s birth has been discussed. And I thought, Okay, more indication of continued problems in the world of journalism.”

Let the public be the judge of the Trig Trutherism out there from The Atlantic’s Andrew Sullivan and the Anchorage Daily News.

Actually, the Dish went out and interviewed eight of the leading obstetricians in the country and laid out all the facts of the case and asked the experts for their take. While none would say that this pregnancy could not have happened, and none would comment on a case they hadn’t examined personally, all of them said it was one of the strangest and unlikeliest series of events they had ever heard of and found Palin’s decision to forgo medical help for more than a day after her water broke and risk the life of her unborn child on a long airplane trip to be reckless beyond measure.

Malkin also equates the story with the Obama birth certificate affair. But we have documentary evidence of the certificate, and Palin has produced no hard evidence at all for her pregnancy. All that’s needed is some medical records of her pregnancy which, as a Down Syndrome pregnancy, would have a large pile of medical documentation easily released. There is no formal record of Trig’s birth at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center, although there is a record of two other babies born on the same day.

Maybe I am crazy to even wonder. Or maybe we have witnessed one of the biggest frauds in American political history and the biggest failures among the American media in a very, very long time.

Is the absolutely absurd notion that Sarah Palin did NOT give birth to her son Trig worthy of any inquiry? Or is this tin-foil hat territory?

But, the whole discussion demeans Sarah Palin and trivializes her persona.

So, Sarah Palin is fighting back and who is to blame her? Is it whining?

Nope – not in this case.

    No reputable newspaper ran this story or asked that question. Andrew Sullivan and some others asked for the facts surrounding these rumours, but not anonymously. They asked because the rumours wouldnt go away EVEN THOUGH NO WAS REPORTING ON THEM.
    Yes, rumours WERE perpetuated, but they were perpetuated by people that take the time, out of bordom or interest depending on your point view, TO WRITE IN ON THE COMMENT SPACE at the end of the articles they read. The DIARISTS, the joe sixpacks, every guy who can say anything he wants because it´s a free country. You know, what I AM DOING right here and now.
    I am not going to apologize for wanting to know who these people are, THE PALINS, who are ON THE STAGE, on national TV, asking to be the second family of the United States.
    Sarah Palin can blame anyone she wants to, but if you trot kids out like props and ask ME to trust you, when I dont know you, I just can´t do that. Maybe I could do it for a neighbor´or a guy in the check out line, but not for a potential VP. Yes, questions came up, and answers were not forthcoming. No one wanted to DIGNIFY it, fine, but that is what happened. Human nature is what it is…I wasn´t interested in THAT story, but others WERE. She is public figure! The Clintons are asked about scams and did they KILL that one, etc. crazy stuff…public figures often get caught up in this trash. It´s the territory. I think Palin is using this now to stay in the limelight. If it´s over, go away and govern your state.
    In 2007 Palin gives H. Clinton some advice. Palin says Clinton should SHUT UP; STOP WHINING ABOUT THE MEDIA AND GO AND DO A GOOD JOB. Maybe Palin should check herself out on YOUTUBE and take her own advice.
    Palin is more then willing to be embroiled IN ANYTHING that will keep her name out there until 2012.

    Andrew Sullivan and the ADN prolonged this moronic story for weeks in order to damage Sarah Palin. Why should she not complain about such treatment?

    These rumors were relentlessly pursued by the LEFT across the blogosphere hoping to push it into the MSM which they did for a time.

    Sarah Palin is a threat and why not push what you can to damage her?

    And, they did and will continue to do so.

    Well, then COMPLAIN & WHINE which what Palin is certainly doing, but don´t be shocked when when people call her on it. IF you whine about EVERYTHING, then it´s a case of Peter and the Wolf, you lose all credibility should you EVER have a legitimate gripe. Peoples ears can´t or will not hear it anymore. You COMPLAINED them out. ..and frankly, the voice IS quite shrill.

    …and AGAIN Flap, the left didn´t do it. Sullivan supported Obama but is a conservative, The McCain staffers are conservatives, the governors at the convention that ridiculed her were conservatives, the list does go on if you research. ALSO I REPEAT you would be hard pressed to find any liberal newspaper of website that perpetuated this, I again submit to you that it was the PEOPLE, the regular guy. People who log on and chat about THINGS. This why Palin still isn´t being taken seriously, she accuses the ADN, they sent an email back calling her on each and every point. IT´s BEEN PUBLISHED! They backed it up, and Palin just looks like a whiner , once again.

    She really should take her advice to Clinton. .. and the advice from Coulter, which is to go and bone up an shut up.

    Riled? Your word. I think a better word is CONCERNED.
    Many people ARE concerned because Palin embodies everything that was wrong with Bush, from the dim witted disconnect to using the word NUK-U-LAR. Many similarties. One dolt is barely out the door and a small but loud portion of America has adopted another remedial learner.
    Have you ever been in a position to hire anyone? Many HAVE. You hire the best person, and this doesn´t mean you are AFRAID of the others that you did not bother to hire. It merely means you thought they were not right for the job.

    Another good word is AGHAST.
    PS I should add that if you didnñt hire someone, you may not give them a GOOD RECOMMENDATION either. Again, doesn´t mean you are AFRAID of the person, or riled up about the person. You may be utterly unimpressed by the person and feel you must share if asked.

    You are repeating yourself and copy and pasting on multiple threads. How sad.

    Andrew Sullivan is not a conservative. He calls himself one but has been discredited for many years.

    McCain is not a conservative either. I have written about this a lot.

    Sarah Palin IS a conservative and is the elected Governor of Alaska. This scares the LEFT because of her potential. Ya know she might be a role model and go viral.

    I have been in business for many years and have hired many people, including high level executives. I doubt being unimpressed with a politician would leave the LEFT with an “unimpressed” bashing of a pol. The LEFT is out to smash Palin’s reputation – at all costs.

    The left is scared of Palin and needs to discredit her now.
