Sarah Palin Invites Secretary of Interior Ken Salazar to Visit Alaska

Governor Sarah Palin today invited new Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar to visit Alaska. In her letter of invitation, Governor Palin congratulates Secretary Salazar on his new post and urges him to consult with her and her administration on issues that affect Alaska. The governor also pledges her cooperation and willingness to work on solutions that will benefit Alaska and the nation.
Salazar was confirmed last month by a unanimous vote in the U.S. Senate to become the 50th Secretary of the Interior.
