TV Ad which will air in DC and national cable channels tomorrow

The Far Left including the Americans United for Change continue to demonize for ol’ El Rushbo in his Democrat Faux Flap with RNc Chairman Michael Steele.

The ad is actually quite funny. I like the part where Rush is jumping and a jiggling around.

The fact is the Democrat LEFT has to divert attention away from the thus far “FLAILING AND FAILING” Obama Administration:

  • The Economy is in a shambles, falling apart and markets are crashing after Obama’s budget and Economic Stimulus Bill
  • America and Obama is humiliated by Russia regarding Iranian missile defense and the selling out of allies Poland and the Czech Republic. And, now Hillary Clinton must now bail out the rookie Obama.
  • And, how many tax cheats are either in the Administration or have been disqualified even after Obama vetting.

I can understand why the television ads will run featuring Rush – comic relief from weeks of Obama downers.

3262306658 4b33ae56f5 o GOP Senators Collins, Specter and Snowe: COMRADES of the Month

Republican Senators Susan Collins (R-Maine), Arlen Specter (R-Pennsylvania), Olympia Snowe (R-Maine)

The conservative Club for Growth has named GOP Senators Collins, Specter and Snowe fellow “travellers” or Comrades of the Month because of their vote for increased government spending in President Obama’s Economic Stimulus Bill.

One day after Club for Growth President Pat Toomey said he may challenge Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) in a 2010 primary, the group’s members have voted Specter as the group’s “Comrade of the Month” along with Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Olympia Snow (R-ME) for their votes in favor of President Obama’s stimulus package.

“While Senators Specter, Collins, and Snowe tout the stimulus bill as a compromise, it was more of a capitulation to the Democrats than anything else.  Had these three senators voted with the rest of their party, President Obama would have been forced to engage the Republicans in a genuine compromise.  Instead, American taxpayers are saddled with an $800 billion bill that will do little to stimulate the economy,” Club for Growth Executive Director David Keating said in the group’s press release.

The latest polls from Pennsylvania indicate Senator Specter who is up in 2010 is in trouble. Obviously, the Club for Growth will ONLY exacerbate his problems.

3325581957 323c4837b5 o Poll Watch: Rudy Giuliani Beating New York Governor David Paterson 53 38%

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani campaiging for Republican James Tedisco in the New York Conressional District 20 in Duchess County, New York, March 2, 2009

The latest Marist poll shows Rudy Giuliani surging into a lead against New York Governor David Paterson.

But……..

Paterson now trails Democrat Attorney General Andrew Cuomo for the Democrat nomination 62-26% – meaning that David Paterson would not be the Democrat nominee if the election were held today.

And……..

Andrew Cuomo is beating Rudy Giuliani 56-39%.

Should Rudy run for New York Governor, he will be in a tough race.

3325177033 36dd0c7252 o Shocking Poll: 55 Per Cent of Californians Dissatisfied with Tax Increasing State Budget

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, left, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, governor of California, are seen during their opening walk at the CeBIT in Hanover, northern Germany, on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. The world’s biggest IT fair will run until Sunday, March 9, 2009. California is a partner state of this year’s CeBIT

Most voters are dissatisfied with the state budget recently passed by the legislature and signed into law by the governor. Among all registered voters 55% are dissatisfied, while 39% are satisfied. Disapproval is greater among those considered most likely to vote in the May 19 special election. Among these voters dissatisfaction with the budget is two to one (65% to 32%).

Dissatisfaction is greatest among Republicans (64%), although about half of registered Democrats (50%) and non-partisans (51%) are also dissatisfied.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s approval rating holds at a strikingly hot 38 per cent in the same poll.

Also, 18 per cent of Californians think the state is headed in the right direction.

Arnold has driven California into an abyss while he jets off to Germany to hob nob with Chancellor Merkel.

Look for a growing taxpayer revolt in California, the likes of which the state has not seen in 30 years.

3325110639 a0ec7f108f o Russia To a WEAK Obama No HAGGLING Over Missile Defense and Our Friend Iran

Just like in Poker, Russia has called Baracack Obama’s bluff regarding missile defense and Iran.

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev on Tuesday showed willingness to discuss the US-planned missile defence system opposed by Moscow, but without “haggling” linking it to Iran. Medvedev was commenting during a visit to Spain on an alleged offer by US President Barack Obama to halt the defence system if Iran could be convinced to give up nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.

The New York Times earlier reported that Obama had sent a secret letter to Medvedev.

Speaking at a joint press conference with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero in Madrid, Medvedev welcomed the “positive signals” coming from the Obama administration with which he hoped to reach “agreements.”

“Haggling,” however, was not “productive,” Medvedev said.

If the Obama administration showed “common sense” in proposing a “common shield against all types of threats” and reconsidered its plans of a missile defence system which could target Russia, Moscow would be prepared to negotiate, Medvedev said.

The New York Times reported earlier on its website that Obama last month offered a halt to the US-planned missile defence system opposed by Moscow if Iran could be convinced to relinquish nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.

Citing US officials speaking on condition of anonymity, the Times reported that Obama sent a secret letter three weeks ago to Medvedev.

The offer was described as offering Russia an incentive to help the US and other Western powers achieve a halt to any Iranian programmes that could lead to military nuclear capabilities and long- range delivery systems for warheads.

If the Iranian threat were removed, the US could forego the missile defence system, the letter was described as saying.

Does the United States look WEAK or what?

Barack Obama is a ROOKIE and the Russians know it and are playing him like a fiddle. Now, will Hillary who will meet with the Russians on Friday be able to save some face for America?

Exit question: Wonder if Obama will NOW change his negotiations with American enemies without preconditions APPEASEMENT policy?

3325884694 b33dd3d3d0 o Day By Day by Chris Muir March 3, 2009 Carded

Day By Day by Chris Muir

One of Flap’s pet peeves are LEFT WING controlled business like the AARP that stealthily hide their ideologically zeal and advocacy. Another such business is Progressive Insurance.

Exit question: Why does the LEFT routinely bash insurance companies when so many of them are controlled by the LEFT in this country and/or are receiving massive government bailouts?

By the way, Flap, although eligible, will never belong to AARP.
