In any case, Kernell when he finishes this legal process, if found guilty, will be a convicted felon.

But, who knows what the Obama Justice Department will plead him down to.

Illegal entry into a person’s e-mail account whether there is code imvolved or not is a federal felony. And, obstructing a FBI investigation is very serious.

If he is found guilty he WILL serve jail time and a long term of probation.

How is this “hacking” there was no code involved! You know what “Hacking tools” this guy used? Wikipedia and google. Thats it. If Sarah Palin wants to use a Yahoo account for political purposes, thats fine, but when you set the security questions, don’t be stupid! Palin deserved it.

This kid is probably suffering major consequences from his own father, maybe worse than what the judge will hand to him in October. What is the point in hacking into Palin’s email account? Not much other than making his own father look badly. Unless his dad put him up to it, and is now playing innocent. Now that would be a story.
