		<description>Yes, I think that if Obama continues to fail then Rudy would be a viable candidate. He can beat Romney and Huckabee in a three way race.

If Sarah Palin were to run and win, then Rudy would be a ticket balancer as VP or an Attorney General.

But, he needs to hold office again to continue to be a viable candidate for another office. Difficult to run as a Senator but can be done.</description>

It would seem difficult for him to immediately turn around and start a presidential campaign if he were to win the Senate seat in 2010. In my opinion, with no McCain in 2012 to suck up the moderate and independent votes, and with a different campaign strategy, I think Rudy could win the Republican primary in 2012.
