Anyway, I am off early today to Venice Beach for Los Angeles Marathon training with my Roadrunner group. Today’s course will be north to 26th Street in Santa Monica and South to Marina Del Rey – 16 miles at race pace.

Only five more weeks to the Los Angelees Marathon.
