Ever since the Reagan Administration in the 19880′s, the Congress and Executive Branch of the federal government have attempted to regulate and re-regulate the behavior of Americans. And, what has been the result?
A slow, sluggish, no growth economy with a concomitant loss of jobs.
I thought we learned this lesson over thirty years ago?
