Chris, Vice President and Career POL, Joe Biden, is definitely old school.

There will be little appeal to the “YOUTH” vote for the Democrats with “Slow Joe.”

But, I suspect, if the President continues downward in the polls, Joe will retire and Hillary Clinton will suddenly become available.
