Illegal Immigration Watch: Secure Fence Act to Be Signed Thursday

Speaker Hastert and Senate Majority Leader Frist have sent the Secure Fence Act of 2006 to President Bush for his signature. Their joint statement is here.
Captain Ed says the bill will be signed on Thursday.
