Rudy Giuliani Watch: Rudy Hospitalized in Missouri with Flu-Like Symptoms

11:35 AM EST: Fox News is reporting that Rudy will remain in a St. Louis, Missouri hospital for another 2-3 hours prior to being released to fly back to New York this afternoon.

After his campaign events were completed for the day, Mayor Rudy Giuliani checked himself into a MIssouri hospital last night with flu-like symptoms.

Republican Rudy Giuliani planned to head home to New York City on Thursday after spending the night in a St. Louis hospital getting checked out for flu-like symptoms, his campaign said.

“After precautionary tests the doctors found nothing of concern at this time and Rudy will be going back to New York later today,” communications director Katie Levinson said in a statement issued before dawn Thursday. “He is in high spirits and is grateful to the doctors and nurses who checked him out.”

Flap has talked to the campaign and the Mayor is resting and eagerly ready to hit the campaign trail again. He will return to New York City this afternoon for campaigning in New Hampshire this weekend.
