Hillary Clinton Watch: More Conservative Than John McCain?

Ann Coulter on Hannity & Colmes

John McCain has a long way to go to convince conservatives that he is their candidate. But, where were these conservatives when Rudy Giuliani was in the race and was a solid alternative to McCain and Flip-Flop Mitt Romney?

Now, the GOP has McCain as its front-runner and either must accept his moderate views or vote for the Democrat.

Don’t blame Flap!

I have to wonder just how solid Rudy was when he folded has badly as he did in Florida, then turned around within 24 hours and endorsed McCain– the person with the most established record that is farthest from conservatism.

To the NeoconNews….Rudy was solid. It was perhaps not the wisest campaign strategy to focus all his energy in Florida. But you have to remember also the bad wrap the Mainstream Media gave him.

In terms of Ann Coulter supporting Hillary, one has to wonder how much of that is purely showbiz. She’s always in it for the shock value. Still, McCain is pretty liberal. I’ve been trying to read up on who among Obama, Clinton, and McCain are the most fiscally responsible. McCain would be tough on terror, but would the other two risk being weak? I just can’t stand Romney, or I’d support him in a heart beat. I just don’t trust him at all! And Huckabee…well…need I say more?

In the end, though, I’ll support McCain. I think Coulter’s wrong. I think McCain will prove to be a bit more conservative as President than he has been as a Senator. And I just can’t accept another decade of Billy Bob Clinton.
