I suppose California is so “blue,” Obama remains popular here (unlike other areas of the country) and there is so much Hollywood money floating around. Or, is it that the White House is worried that they will lose control of the Senate if the Boxer seat flips to Carly Fiorina?

Carly Fioirna just announced she raised about $9 million this quarter and with recent NRSC funding announcements, it looks like she will remain strong “on air” through the rest of the campaign.

The Obamas are all in for Boxer, milking the California money tree for her and their own re-election campaign in two years.

Michelle and President Obama do NOT care obviously of the appearances of the First Lady’s Spain vacation. Isn’t it just spreading the wealth around?

Obama’s PORKULUS (Economic Stimulus) is/was a failure and the Democrat Leadership (Speaker Nancy Pelosi) has called the House back in session today to bailout the teacher’s unions and save hundred’s of thousands of teacher jobs that the states cannot pay for.

I wonder how many teachers Michelle Obama’s vacation would have funded?

Let them – meaning the taxpayers – eat it……

Yes, Michelle Obama said it – oh yes she did.

First lady Michelle Obama sought support for the administration’s health-care plans from family advocacy groups and health-care professionals, saying the treatment of women under the current system is “unacceptable.”

As President Barack Obama campaigns to generate backing from voters for his health-care overhaul proposal, the first lady joined the effort today with a more focused pitch.

Michelle Obama said women are being “crushed by the current structure of our health care” because they often are responsible for taking care of family illnesses, arranging checkups and monitoring follow-up care.

“Women are the ones to do it,” she said to an audience of 140 people, including representatives from groups such as the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and the National Council of Negro Women. “Mothers are the ones that do it. And many women find themselves doing the same thing for their spouses.”

Women also are more disproportionately affected by the lack of insurance options because they are more likely to work part-time or at small businesses that don’t provide coverage.

“It’s not surprising that so many millions of women are simply going without insurance at all,” Obama said.

Flap asked Mrs. Flap if she felt crushed by the health care system? Having had a pap smear today at her private gynecologist, she uttered a brief response: No.

Interesting that Mrs. Flap’s cadillac insurance plan which she receives from her employer will be more heavily taxed to provide “FREE” care for illegal aliens and people that don’t or won’t work. For that, Mrs. Flap feels “CRUSHED.”

Doesn’t it seem that in these tough economic times, EVERYONE has their hand out for a bailout?

Wonder how that would play with The Founding Fathers?

A nice gesture by the FLOTUS, but……

It doesn’t detract from the first lady’s generous gesture or the real needs she seeks to highlight to ask two bothersome journalistic questions about these news photos:

If this unidentified meal recipient is too poor to buy his own food, how does he afford a cellphone?

And if he is homeless, where do they send the cellphone bills?

Michelle asks whether there is a government bailout to provide Blackberry Pearls, since there is one to already provide the poor cell phones.

Flap wants to know where he applies for his coupon for one?

Ya know spread the wealth around……
