The former New York City mayor is here at the invitation of Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi, who is hosting a fundraiser for the presidential candidate tonight.
Brizzi is inviting voters to meet Giuliani at 1 p.m. at the restaurant, 808 S. Meridian St. The candidate arrived in Indiana from California at 4 a.m. today.
Tonight’s fundraiser is expected to raise at least $200,000 for Giuliani, who has emerged as a leading presidential candidate.
Indiana is a RED State and although the Indiana GOP primary election is long after Super-Duper Tuesday of February 5, 2008, the Mayor is on the stump. He is not talking any state for granted.
