Ron Paul Watch: Paul Will Not Return Neo-Nazi/ White Supremacist Don Black’s Contribution
Well, Flap knew Ron Paul would not return Don Black of Stormfront.Org’s $500 donation weeks ago. But, listen to his myriad of excuses anyway:
Flap’s favorite:
- “Why give it (the money) back to him and use it for bad purposes.”
Is Ron Paul clueless that he is legitimizing this Neo-Nazi creep?
Ron Paul understands and will take their support. But, Paul is going to lose and lose big regardless of how much Jew-hating money he receives. And, Ron Paul associates with all of these types too:
Of course, Ron Paul is different. He sympathizes with the
American voters understand and marginalize this kind of behavior. For the other 5 per cent or so that support this CRANK, the question is WHY?
Stay tuned……

Mitt Romney Watch: Romney Attacks Huckabee with False and Misleading Claims

Romney for President Campaign Ad
Mitt Romney’s lies, flip-flops and oddities are becoming more of a habit. This time Romney LIES about Mike Huckabee’s record on methamphetamine laws and clemencies he granted as governor of Arkansas.
- The ad says Romney “got tough on drugs like meth” while governor of Massachusetts, but the legislation he supported never passed, and his state’s laws are much weaker than Arkansas’. Convicted meth dealers face both minimum and maximum prison terms in Arkansas that are four times longer than those in Massachusetts.
- The ad misrepresents news articles, implying that they supported Romney’s actions as governor when that’s not what the news organizations said. One article, in fact, gave critical views of Romney’s refusal to issue a pardon.
Good ol’ Mitt:
Update:
Romney today continued the attacks on Huckabee:
As evidenced by his television ads, Romney has a vested interest in making sure that Huckabee’s record is well-publicized. Those attacks, he says, are issue-based, justified, and fair.
“I noticed that Gov. Huckabee was not happy with the fact that I’ve been laying out his positions on a number of areas such as crime and immigration,” he said. “But I don’t recall him in any way criticizing the facts. He DID pardon 1,033 people. He did pardon 12 murderers.”
“He talks about the attacks not being fair,” he added. “But they’re accurate.”
Actually, they are inaccurate.
What is accurate is that Mitt will Say, Do anything to get himself elected.

John McCain Watch: McCain SURGES in New Hampshire – The Mac is Back
Republican presidential candidate Senator John McCain (R-AZ) arrives for a campaign stop in Hillsborough, New Hampshire December 17, 2007 where Senator McCain received the endorsement of Senator Joseph Lieberman (I-CT).
The Mac is back is right. The latest Rasmussen New Hampshire Poll shows McCain ONLY 4 points off the lead held for months by Mitt Romney.
The Poll:
- Mitt Romney – 31% (34%, 11/29)
- John McCain – 27% (15%)
- Rudy Giuliani – 13% (15%)
- Mike Huckabee – 11% (14%)
- Ron Paul – 7% (8%)
- Fred Thompson – 3% (3%)
So, what has changed with John McCain? The endorsements of the Nes Hampshire Union Leader, the Boston Globe and lately Senator Joe Lieberman certainly have not hurt.
Will McCain be able to pull off the comeback win?
Very possible as Rudy Giuliani voters may now migrate to McCain if they sense Rudy has little chance to win.
Stay tuned…….
Update:
New Rasmussen Poll numbers out of Iowa also show a McCain surge with a decline in Huckabee. Will McCain be the Romney stopper?
Mike Huckabee 28% Mitt Romney 27% John McCain 14% Rudy Giuliani 8% Fred Thompson 8% Ron Paul 6% Tom Tancredo 2% Duncan Hunter 1% Previous:

Rudy Giuliani Watch: Christmas Ad is NOT Believable – But……

In a parody, Rudy Giuliani wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season. The ad depicts a softer side of Rudy in the red sweater.
Does anyone believe the tough Giuliani would ACTUALLY be THIS soft?
Nope, but that is the point, isn’t it?
Update:
Here is the ad that will go on air in New Hampshire:

The ad while wishing the saluataions of the season is a subtle dig at Mitt Romney who is running Christmas time attack ads against Mike Huckabee in New Hampshire, Iowa and South Carolina.

Mike Huckabee Watch: Rudy and Huckabee Tied in Latest Reuters/Zogby National GOP Poll
Huck a Boom Boom screams Matt Drudge as Huckabee zooms to a national GOP poll tie with Rudy Giuliani.
Mike Huckabee has surged into a virtual tie with front-runner Rudy Giuliani in the national 2008 Republican presidential race two weeks before the first contest, according to a Reuters/Zogby poll released on Wednesday.
Huckabee, a former governor of Arkansas whose campaign has caught fire in recent weeks, wiped out an 18-point deficit in one month to pull within one point of Giuliani, 23 percent to 22 percent.
The Poll:
- Rudy – 23% (29%, 11-14 thru 11-17)
- Mike Huckabee – 22% (11%)
- Mitt Romney – 16% (9%)
- Fred Thompson – 13% (15%)
- John McCain – 12% (9%)
- Ron Paul – 4% (5%)
The poll was taken last Wednesday to Friday. It surveyed 436 likely Democratic primary voters and 432 likely Republican primary voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.8 percentage points for both parties.
Actually, the Rasmussen Presidential Daily tracking poll has shown Mike Huckabee in the lead or within the margin of error for a week or so. Those poll numbers are here.
This race remains extremely fluid and Mike Huckabee has continued to boom despite weathering massive media attacks from Mitt Romney. And, the right blogosphere attacks on Huckabee (led by the National Review who has endorsed Mitt Romney) have been compared to the ones unleashed on Harriet Miers’ appointment by President Bush to the United States Supreme court.
Will the HUCK start to fade under these attacks? Or have GOP voters decided they want a candidate not dictated by the pundits and inside baseball folks?
Also, note that Fred Thompson and John McCain are not that far behind in the pack now that Rudy has fallen/collapsed.
Stay tuned……

Day By Day by Chris Muir December 19, 2007
Indeed, the campaign is NOT over for Hillary. She has regained the lead in New Hampshire and leads by large margins in later primary/caucus, especially more populated states.
