Mike Huckabee Watch: Chuck Norris Goes After Romney’s Negative Campaign by Going Negative on Romney’s Flip Flops
Chcuk Norris tells Romney he needs to OWN UP for his mistakes and flip-flops he has made as Governor of Massachusetts.

Mitt Romney Watch: Full Spectrum Conservative

Mitt Romney strikes back with a NEGATIVE ad using his National Review endorsement. This ad is in response to McCain playing the terror card earlier today.

Mitt and Mac are going toe to toe in New Hampshire.
Mark Halperin has the dueling memos as well:
McCain invokes Reagan in anti-Romney campaign research memo. Prompts Romney campaign to release its own memo in response.
Are the GOP voters tiring of this crapola yet?

Mitt Romney Watch: Another Gaffe

Romney: Consult The Lawyers!
Remember Mitt Romney’s Consult the Attorney’s Gaffe during a GOP debate?
Exclusive: Hizzoner Strikes Back
Today the Giuliani campaign plans to launch an attack on Mitt Romney’s comment during the CNBC debate last night that he would check with White House lawyers before launching a preemptive attack on Iran without congressional authorization. “You sit down with your attorneys and tell you [what] you have to do,†Romney said, “but obviously the president of the United States has to do what’s in the best interest of the United States to protect us against a potential threat.â€
Well, Romney has stuck his foot in his mouth again:
Mitt Romney made what may prove to be a major league gaffe today. In response to a reporter’s question, perhaps triggered by an aggressive web ad, Romney said:
Mr. Romney: I don’t recall all the things that I said at that time, so I’d just have to go back and look at my notes at that time.
Now, McCain may be crticized by this hard hitting web video:

Some are comparing it to the “Daisy” video used by LBJ against Barry Goldwater. But, Romney has certainly not made his case by equivocating again.
This is a leader you want as Commander in Chief?

Ron Paul Watch: Should Paul Be Invited to New Hampshire Debate?
Republican presidential hopeful Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) speaks during a taping of ‘Meet the Press’ in Washington December 23, 2007.
He will be a PERFECT foil for McCain, Giuliani, Huckabee and/or Romney.
Fox News is unmercifully generating BUZZ.

Mitt Romney Watch: How Much Did Romney Spend?
Republican presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney stands with supporters while campaigning in Mt. Vernon, Iowa December 30, 2007.
Of his own money?
Romney has spent upwards of $17 million of his own fortune in the last reporting period – 3rd quarter 2007.Although new figures will not be reported until January 31, 2008 – after the Florida primary, Flap bets Romney easily doubled this figure to run those attack ads on television and in the mail against Mike Huckabee and John McCain.
Romney may spend what it takes of his estimated $ 250 million in personal assets.
But, remember money can’t buy you love.

John McCain Watch: McCain Plays Terror Card Against Romney in New Negative Ad

John McCain hits Mitt Romney with this new web ad.
ANNCR: “Mitt Romney says the next president doesn’t need foreign policy experience.
“John McCain for president.â€
JOHN MCCAIN: “I’m John McCain and I approve this message.â€
If Flap were the McCain campaign he would go “on air” with this ad in New Hampshire. It is compelling and uses Romney’s own words against him.

Ron Paul Watch: $20 Million But NO Love
The Politico makes the point that there are NO women among Ron Paul supporters – wonder why?Ron Paul hauls in #20 million for the 4th quarter 2007 but remains mired in single digits in most polls. Whereas Mike Huckabee who has raised only $5 million for the same quarter is leading in Iowa and second in the national GOP polls.
Does this validate the argument that money can’t buy you love?
Yes.
Campaign resources and a palpable candidate on the issues will get you in the arena. Paul’s outlandish, out of the mainstream views weigh him down.
Stay tuned…….
