McCain has never been a favorite of the Far Right and thus enjoys the support of Independents who will deliver him the Presidency. Obama will be portrayed as from the Far Left and will lose in the Fall.
-
McCain will be the GOP nominee and questions will be asked of Huckabee after Tuesday’s elections why he is sticking around in a losing cause.
-
With the President’s veiled endorsement of Senator McCain you can close the book on any chance Huckabee may have in Texas on March the 4th.
-
It will be a bloody 1968 Democrat convention all over again.
-
And, is Flip – Flopping Mitt Romney a conservative? Hardly…..Steyn has been drinking the talk show Kool Aid
-
Mike Huckabee needs to leave the race now. He is not contributing to any meaningful discourse.

Flap,
You were saying a couple of weeks ago that McCain could not win in November. You seem to have changed your tune.
I have never been particulary enamored with McCain, however I have no choice but to vote for him unless he puts Romney or Huckabee on the ticket. Also, if he is the next president, McCain better have a place in the administration for Rudy.
Flap
Yes, but with Super Tuesday votes in, it is apparent McCain’s strength is stronger than I thought.
I think Rudy will stay in the private sector for the time being. I cannot fathom a position he would want. Maybe Attorney General.
Frankly, he can make far more money and have a better quality of life outside of the federal government.
