California Home School Case to be Reheard by Appeals Court
The Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles has granted a rehearing in a case that shocked home schooling parents throughout California.
Flap bets they reach a different holding or the California Supreme Court will overturn the ludicrous conclusions.
