Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama Battle in Indiana and North Carolina Primary Elections

Voters in Indiana and North Carolina crowd polls Tuesday, seeking to settle the largest remaining contests in the Democratic presidential nomination struggle between Clinton and Barack Obama.

Results of tonights elections will be released within two hours when the polls close in North Carolina and Indiana.

  • Rural Indiana voting is down and Hillary is on the stump via satellite to spur on the last minute vote.
  • Urban Indiana voting is up (favorable for Obama)
  • There is evidence of Republican cross-over voting for Democrats in GOP dominated areas of Indiana
