House Speaker Pelosi Calls Bush a Total Failure

President George W. Bush and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi

Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi demonstrated her lack of class tonight by calling President George W. Bush “A Total Failure.”

Flap wants to remind the Speaker that Congress enjoys less popularity in the polls than the President.

The public’s view of Congress is even worse. Its approval rating has hit a new low of just 18 percent, down from 23 percent last month, according to a new AP-Ipsos poll. Bush’s approval is at 28 percent, about even with the 29 percent rating last month.

No Class Nan…….

Well….its very easy to criticize Bush for the economy, the war etc but he wasnt exactly given alot when he took over. He had to deal with 9/11 when Clinton had the chance to take out Bin Laden and Clinton didnt do it. That tesll em enough right there.

    Take care

And, the USA has not been attacked since 9/11. The economy has stayed good until the Dems took over the Congress in 2006.

Pelosi should look in the mirror.

the bush administration is a total failure and history will remember as much. why is bush so unpopular world wide. his achievments as president are few. the bush administration has damaged the GOP for years. bush is the reason why the democrats will win in a landslide.

    A total failure – no.

But, he has damaged the Republican brand with incompetence in many endavors, including Hurricane Katrina.

Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have done NOTHING in the last two years they have controlled the Congress and the GOP will be making a rebound post-Bush.

Won’t be this year but in 2010 and 2012.

the democrats aren’t much better than the GOP,but with g.w.bush’s power of veto which he has used often, it makes it difficult. the buck stop with the elected government whose policies have made US economy what it is, and led the US into a winnable war with this war on terror. g.w bush will be remebered for many many many years for all the wrong reasons.

Bush is the worst president in American history. Bush facilitated the 9/11 attacks. Subsequently, Bush lied to Congress and the American people relative to the reasons for invading Iraq. Bush purposefully misled Congress and the American people. Then, Bush murdered more than 4,000 United States service members. And Bush wounded more than 30,000 United States service members. In torturing prisoners of war, Bush patently violated the Geneva Convention. Bush unlawfully wiretapped United States citizens. In using “signing statements” to challenge hundreds of laws passed by Congress, Bush violated the Constitution. Bush has ignored global warming. Bush is guilty of criminal negligence relative to the response to Hurricane Katrina. Bush disobeys our democratic values and Constitution. Bush is a disgrace to the United States.

Pelosi is right: Bush is indeed a total failure.

andrew wang your been reading too many conspiracy books. but you are right about bush being a war criminal ,liar and a total failure. the bush administration has deeply affected world opinion against the US. osma bin laden could not have picked a better recruiting sergent that g.w bush. and the scary thing is mccain wants to continue the bush foriegn policies. hopefully the good people of the USA will unite and vote for obama then radical fundermentalism will be on the defencive and lose the support and opportunities the bush/cheney/sharon policies have given these criminals.

As a Historian, I rank George W. Bush as a total miserable failure. The worse president in this nations history. As for what the earlier post said about what Bush had to come into, What a Budget surplus, Gee that was damning. The one thing I have learned about republicans, is that they are truly a people in denial Let em cling to their guns and thier god, its all they really have
