White House Says President Obama Did NOT Bow Down to Saudi King

obama bows

President Obama is seen bowing down to the Saudi King during the G-20 Economic Summit

Say what?

The White House is denying that the president bowed to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia at a G-20 meeting in London, a scene that drew criticism on the right and praise from some Arab outlets.

“It wasn’t a bow. He grasped his hand with two hands, and he’s taller than King Abdullah,” said an Obama aide, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Here is the video:

President Obama bows down to the Saudi King around 0:50 in the above video

Looks like a bow to me or is “The One” simply trying to read his TELEPROMPTER embedded in the floor?

Sheesh…..

This President is eating alot of shit and taking it. We all can see and see and see and see this over and over and over again, he bowed. I would like him to say it. We’re losing this nation because of this President and everybody knows it. How much longer must we wait till we loss all of it? I hope we do something soon…………….

Is this going to be Obama’s bowgate? Unless he comes clean, this is not going away. Will the MSM pick it up? I don’t think so… Not unless we hammer it home.

The oil cartels of OPEC need to be smashed. Americans have bowed far too long to the scum of Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East. It’s just as easy to drill through glass as it is to drill through sand.

Sad truth is that he bowed more then once. He bowed to Saudi Arabia, to Iran, to Turkey and now to Cuba. He also has a Clinton on salary practicing her curtseys in the middle east and the UN. Who is next, Hugo Chavez?

Obama, the President of the United States and leader of the free world, bows to a Saudi King who represents a despotic regime noted for its’ human rights violations, a birthplace of terrorists, a symbol of everything that is an antithesis to our system of government, and it’s no big deal?

I consider myself fortunate to have been born in a republic. I appreciate that as a citizen of a republic, I need not bow to any man or woman. We are all created equal, and blood lines do not make one person superior. This gesture by Obama should rankle every citizen for when Obama bowed as President of the United States, we all bowed.

He did bow, see the video from the latest angle:

When will America wake up & REALIZE they made one huge mistake putting this person in th e highest position of power in this country? He does not CARE 1 iota about the American people – all he cares about is kissing the behinds of other countries & selling us out as a nation.

I don`t think that President Obama bowed to the Saudi Arabian King,King Abdullah. It might not be a ”vast right-wing conspiracy” but I do think that the vast majority of the GOP are attempting to spin every move President Obama( and his wife Michelle)make and to twist and parse the words of the President. Puffy, pudgy, dishelved sweaty-in love with the sound of his own voice-childish-repulsive Rightwing-racist blowhard- Rush Limbaugh and closeted racist Fox(”Faux”)
New instrument of darkness-Sean Hannity notwithstanding,I think that most Americans want President Obama to succeed.Because if the President Of The United States Of America fails, the United States Of America fails.

And furthermore on the subject of President Obama supposedly ”bowing” to Saudi Arabian King,King Abdullah, like former White House Press Secretary former President George W. Bush Dana Perino said on ”it`s face the photo does indeed look like President Obama is bowing the Saudi King” but I still don`t think that`s what Mr. Obama was doing.Keep in mind Mr.Obama is a pretty tall guy and as a tall guy myself,I`ll have to slightly bend to shake the hand of a shorter person. That`s what I think the President was doing. This is just like the malarkey about Michelle Obama ”violating Royal protocol” by putting her arm around the Queen Of England,Queen Elizabeth the 2nd.For centuries the Royales and bluebloods were seen as being above the peasants and ”common rabble”,people weren`t even allowed to touch the Royales or make direct eye contact with the members of the Royal family. And in Ancient Egypt the Pharohs were viewed as living gods. But that was then and this now.I read a great fantasy book years ago called ”The Ruby Knight” by author David Eddings and to paraphrase a line from one of Eddings`s characters:”sometimes I think this whole nobility concept is a farce, people are people-titled or not.”

And to use former Presidential Canidate John McCain`s favorite word and campaign mantra-let`s have some ”straight-talk” on the subject of the Presidency and Royalty in the 21st Century. The fact of the matter is that Queen Elizabeth is a ceremonial figurehead who just happens to be a billionaire and one of the richest women on Earth. But with that being said,Queen Elizabeth doesn`t have any real power, she doesn`t have any input whatsoever on United Kingdom government policy and she doesn`t command the British Armed Forces.Former Presidential Canidate and former Senator John Edwards once said that the President Of The United States is not a King. And that`s true,America has a Congress,a Senate,Courts of Law and cheques and balances. But the President Of The United States is the most powerful person on Earth. And I don`t know about anyone else but I can`t think of a King or Queen on the planet more powerful than the President. As I said before,I don`t think that the President was bowing to King Abdullah. If President Obama didn`t bow to Queen Elizabeth why would he-or even should he-bow to King Abdullah? All he has to do is shake his hand-and as the White House said that`s what he did.And I don`t agree with the Republican Party very often, but I do agree with them on the point that while the President should most certainly show respect to Monarchs and other World Leaders the President frankly, doesn`t have to bow to anyone.America might not agree with many of their laws and political policies but America needs Saudia Arabia for oil and China for cheap imports and foreign investments. With all that being said, let`s still go back to my original point-and not to turn this into a contest of who holds the most power but let`s speak frankly, the President is much more powerful than the Queen Of England and the Saudi Arabian King.He is one of their equals not a ”Royal subject” or a ”subservient peon” as in the days of yore. The hits from the Right and the the Dark Lord of Media`s Rupert Murdoch`s Fox News will keep on coming that`s just the rough and tumble nature of American Politics. But President Obama will be judged on his perfomance. As he should be and as we all should be.People gave President Obama an opportunity to prove himself by voting resoundingly for change last year and I`m rooting for the President and if he keeps his lofty capaign promises and puts his money where his mouth is, he might have a second term in office if not than the United States will have a new President in 2012.Hopefully President Obama will succeed.

The wife caught the husband red-handed in the act of cheating with another woman. The wife said to the husband “how could you?”, and the husband reply “Are you going to believe me that I’m innocent or are you going to believe your lying eyes?”. I believe my lying eyes, and I see the President of the United States bowing to the Saudi King.

well, here whats going with some research that i did says that he did it to show respect and here where it says above that the white house is deniying that it wasnt a bow but obousily that isnt true because obama was literaly doing that in front of many people, but for some this may be upseting and others think that this isnt wrong for my opinion i personally dont think that this is wrong because this is just respect he is doing here. (for more look this up in google and try lots of facts or information as u could to tyr to undersatnd this.)   😉
