Arlen Specter: On Senate Seniority – “I am Going to Get it Back”

I don’t think Pennsylvania U.S. Senator Arlen Specter should be so confidant – even with Tom Ridge out of the race. The Senate Democrats will NOT be awarding him this prize easily.
