Team McCain Adds Rudy Giuliani Deputy Communications Director to Vice President Operation

Maria Comella is rejoining the political arena on Monday when she starts with Team McCain’s Vice President operations.
Yes, she wrote the popular “Hizzoners Highlights” daily e-mail which always brought a human, comedic touch to the campaign trail.
Does this mean Rudy will be McCain’s Vice President selection?
McCain did say he would consider a pro-choice VP, didn’t he?

I wish it were true about Rudy as VP selection. However, he is speaking on a Tuesday evening at the Conveniton. I believe that the VP selection historically speaks on Wednesday.

Does make sense. They’re two of a kind. And Rudy would be a pretty strong addition to the ticket. But guess teh Rudy bubble is coming in too late now. McCain seems to have settled down on Ridge.

It is hard to say who McCain will ultimately choose. But, the race is tightening and the choice may be the deciding factor.

I’m glad you said it. There’ more information out there. Evidence points to this being one exciting convention and to the VP being announced in a nontraditional way. hint hint.
