Candidates for some of the top offices in the state will be in Thousand Oaks later this month.

Governor candidates Steve Poizner and Tom Campbell and U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina will be among those speaking when the Conejo Valley Republican Women hosts its sixth televised Statewide Candidates Forum from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Thousand Oaks Inn, 75 W. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Other speakers will include Damon Dunn, candidate for secretary of state; Jeff Gorell, seeking the 37th Assembly District seat; Tom Harman, running for attorney general; state Assemblyman Mike Villines, candidate for insurance commissioner; state Sen. Sam Aanestad, running for lieutenant governor; and state Sen. George Runner and former assemblywoman Barbara Alby, both candidates for the State Board of Equalization.

The $25 cost includes lunch with drinks and desserts. Prepaid reservations will get priority seating.
