Day By Day by Chris Muir February 16, 2008
I hear this short-sided argument every day from so-called conservatives, especially the high profile conservative wannabes from talk radio and Fox News.
So, you tell me Chris, will you vote for the radical Obama for President or sit home and moan about Romney and Thompson?
Seriously, give me a break!

Tough call, and I reckon fiscal conservatives will rally behind McCain. Not so sure about the rest, and some are likely to prefer to sit at home and give this one a pass. Doesn’t make sense to help get a liberal elected because you don’t have a true conservative to back, but since when are elections sensible affairs?

As opposed to what? Lefties like the Airhead America crewe or maybe Larry King, king of the softball inteview? Tony Snow? Boortz?
Conservatives need not sit at home in November. We always have the write-in option and can still vote for the rest of the ticket, excluding McCain. I will be writing in DUNCAN HUNTER, though he is probably a little too rich in conservatism for California moderates. I have to admit that a shift to McCain is a shift to the right for any former Giulianista.

A vote for Duncan Hunter is a vote for Hillary or Obama.
Who are you trying to kid?
