The inside poop is that management and staff KNEW Villaraigosa and Salinas had a “personal relationship” for months or years.

Eric Longabardi mentions this in his piece from yesterday.

So, is the Ana Garcia piece, investigating her “own shop,” since Telemundo and KNBC operate out of the same facilities, really a FAUX ATTEMPT to investigate the affair and the Mayor?

Probable.

And why has NBC/Telemundo been reluctant to fire Salinas while NBC had no hesitation to dump and fire Kyung Lah?

Isn’t it obvious?

Telemundo and NBC were as big a MEDIA WHORE as Mirthala Salinas. Her relationship with the Mayor gave them exclusive access to stories. Information and access = media dollars.

The scandal here is as much Telemundo’s as it is Mirthala’s.

So, Flap asks again: What you gonna do, Telemundo?

Salinas is there as well.
