Why the GOP is buying the Paulson-Democrat bailout plan is anyone’s guess. It is a dead loser for the GOP and will lead to the loss of John McCain (who is already cratering in the polls) and GOP Congressional candidates.

Who does Congress and the Bush Administration work for? 

Certainly NOT the American people who overwhelmingly oppose the bailout.
