Shocker: Iran Says it Will NOT Halt Nuclear Program

Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, seen here in March 2008, vowed that Iran would press ahead with its controversial nuclear programme, two days after world powers said they had prepared a new package to end the crisis.

In a shocking revelation Iran’s Supreme leader, Ayatatollah Ali Khamenei, told the West to go to hell with attempting to stop him and the other Iranian Mullahs to develop their Allah-given right to develop nuclear energy weapons.

Iran’s top leader says his country will not bend to international pressure and give up its nuclear program, according to state television.

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has the final say in all state matters, said Iran will continue its nuclear program despite Western efforts to thwart it with sanctions.

“No threat can hinder the Iranian nation from its path,” he said Sunday.

The U.N. Security Council has already imposed three sets of sanctions on Iran for its refusal to halt uranium enrichment. World powers agreed Friday to try again to lure Iran to the nuclear bargaining table with a repackaged set of incentives.

President Bush has “PUNTED” this issue to the next Presidency but nothing short of armed confrontation and destruction of Iran’s capacity to manufacture nuclear material including the missile delivery components will stop them.

The United Nations and the European Union have been failures in preventing Iran from further developing its nuclear program.

In the meantime, the uranium enrichment centrifuges continue to spin at Natanz and other clandestine sites spewing out enriched uranium to make a nuclear bomb.
