John McCain,  President 2008

One Term for McCain?

Presidential hopeful Sen. John McCain R-Ariz., pauses before an interview at the Tilt’n Diner in Tilton, N.H., Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008.

John McCain is too old to be elected President. Plain and simple.

The Money Quote:

  • “If I said I was running for eight years, I’m not sure that would be a vote getter.”

If elected, McCain would be the oldest President ever inaugurated – older than Reagan.

Flap could see a McCain – Giuliani ticket with Rudy ready to assume the Presidency at a moments notice should McCain falter. But, I would think it would be in the back of everyone’s mind when voting in the general election.

McCain is also a melanoma survivor. Age demographics do not portend well for him.

Sorry, but these are facts.

    Flap,

I hope you are not giving up on Rudy by suggesting that Rudy would be McCain’s VP? I am a volunteer for Rudy in California, and there is no way McCain beats Rudy in our state.

I also have good sources that tell me that Rudy is raking in the absentee votes in Florida.
