Rudy Giuliani’s latest web ad “Some”
If Florida and California voters are listening (Hurricanes and Earthquakes) this will resonate with them. John McCain opposes such a fund and Mitt Romney is, well, undecided.
Rudy’s proposal will play well in the Midwest where tornadoes rule the day.
Will Florida voters take notice and vote their pocket books next Tuesday?

McCain being against this has already cost him support in FL. Anyone that has had to deal with FEMA knows it is a pretty worthless organization. The three south Florida counties were hard hit by hurricanes the other year and FEMA was a disaster itself.
Gov Crist is right to get behind this plan and so is Rudy.
