Chris, when the election tightens/goes south for Obama (and it will), watch the switch out of Slow Joe Biden to Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton will be the ONLY way to save the White House for the Democrats.

However, Hillary may not wish to play this game.

In any case, Biden will then be replaced.
