Malik Obama says his brother will be good president for the Jews

Barack Obama’s half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background.

In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya.

Jim Geraghty suggests that Malik be investigated by Obama’s FightTheSmears.

Indeed……

Obama: Don’t Bring The Troops Home

So, has Barack Obama opportunistically flipped on the Iraq War when war events went sour after 2004?

Or is his Iraq War policy a LIE or an inconsistent NON-TRUTH?

So I guess what I’m getting to… is that Obama hasn’t been consistent… but that consistency is not the coin of this realm. The Obama campaign claims that Obama has made an evidenced-based assessment of what to do and will continue to do as president; as the facts on the ground change, he won’t stubbornly stick to preconceptions about what to do.

Me thinks this will be Town Hall and/or candidate debate fodder. Obama should explain what his policy WILL be regarding the Iraq War. Obama already flipped on his Iran preconditions for negotiation pronouncement.

Words have meaning, Senator.

Will they show an “EMPTY” chair?

captbcdd03c171594fe78a2yv3 Ron Paul Watch: Its OVER Baby

Congressman Ron Paul, R-Texas

Ron Paul’s campaign for the Presidency is over.

Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul will end his campaign Thursday night and announce a new effort to help elect libertarian-leaning Republicans to public office around the country.

Campaign spokesman Jesse Benton said the announcement, expected during a rally coinciding with the Texas GOP State Convention in Houston, was “not a disappointment at all. I think this is really exciting.”

Paul’s announcement will be a formality.

And, Paul will NOT endorse John McCain for President.

It was apparent that Paul would have NO role at the GOP Convention in September and he had already planned a mini alternative convention for his followers.

Paul’s impact on the GOP this fall = NONE.

Congressman Kanjorski doesn’t apologize to anyone

Key Graph (besides the Congressman being an As**ole):

The man was trying to question Mr. Kanjorski about his remarks that Democrats had overpromised during the 2006 congressional elections by implying they could end the war if they controlled Congress.

“Now, anybody who is a good student of government would know that wasn’t true,” Mr. Kanjorski said at an Ashley town hall meeting in August. “But you know the temptation to want to win back Congress — we sort of stretched the facts, and people ate it up.”

The Democrats can run but they can’t hide…..

How about an apology?

Michael Ramirez on the Democrat Plan of a Windfall Profits Tax on Oil Companies

Will Senator and presumptive GOP candidate for President John McCain take the initiative, accept and then contrast GOP Congressional positions on oil drilling and increasing the supply of domestically produced oil with that of Barack Obama and the Democrat controlled Congress?

American voters are pissed at the high gasoline prices and our dependence on the Middle East and dictators like Venezuela’s Hugh Chavez. So, what does McCain propose?

A summer gasoline tax holiday.

While this will provide some relief, the American people want a REAL plan.

The question is: Will McCain step up to the plate and grab this issue?
