Earlier today (9 AM PDT) Senator and presumptive GOP nominee for President John McCain was joined by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for a discussion of energy efficiency and conservation at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.
Security was thorough and within members of the press corps was the murmur of Secret Service
