Hillary Clinton Watch: Obama Asks His Donors to Help Retire Her Debt

Fancy that…Barack Obama has FINALLY asked his donors to help Hillary and Bill Clinton retire their “personal” campaign debt to election consultants and vendors.

ABC News has learned that on a conference call with his national finance team this afternoon, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, asked his top contributors to help Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, retire her more than $10 million in outstanding vendor debt. He did not specify an amount.

Next, Bill Clinton says he will do whatever he can to help Obama become President. But, he said it through a spokesman.

Former President Clinton said through a spokesman Tuesday that he is committed to helping Barack Obama become president, his first comments in support of his wife’s former rival since their primary ended three weeks ago.

“President Clinton is obviously committed to doing whatever he can and is asked to do to ensure Senator Obama is the next president of the United States,” McKenna said.

It’s not clear what Obama might ask him to do. The campaign wasn’t specific when asked.

Flap supposes the final “DEAL” on the $10 million that the Clinton’s personally owe to consultants and vendors has NOT been consummated. When it is, then Bill MAY change his tune if Obama EVEN wants his support.

Obama NEEDS Hillary and her women supporters and it has cost him some big bucks from his donors.

Didn’t Flap say it was all about the money?

All about the money is right. But I just find it kinda hard to believe that the Clintons will let Obama off the hook so easily. Or maybe they figure that its better to get whatever they can before it gets too late.

obama, really need to cut off hillary clinton for good, for one reason she can’t get these so call 1800 million women to vote for him, when she can’t even get them to pay off her debt, and she said these woman love her, so what do that tell you. but anyway , t think obama need to keep his eyes on McCAIN, and off of hillary for now, hillary is up to something but he need someone else on her for right now, AND YES, I FEEL THAT HILLARY IS UP TO SOMETHING because for one reason,hillary thinks she WON OVER OBAMA, SHE CAN”T GET IT IN HER HEAD THAT SHE ,DID NOT WIN, and nobody can’t tell her that she’s wrong, not even her husband bill, oh and about this money, WHY SHOULD OBAMA ,HELP HER WITH HER DEBT?
