Joe the Plumber asks Barack Obama a question last Sunday

Ed Morrissey has a SAD BUT TRUE piece up about lessons we should all learn about Joe The Plumber and today’s LEFT plus the LEFT-WING IN THE TANK FOR OBAMA media.

  • Thou shalt not offend The One by asking him a question.  Of any kind.
  • Anyone who questions The One will have to undergo a public pillorying of a kind unseen since the Red Scare, or perhaps the Inquisition.
  • The Tanning-Bed Media will happily participate in any inquisition, as long as it keeps them from investigating irrelevant issues like Obama’s ties to the Chicago Machine, William Ayers, ACORN, or his record on protecting infanticide.

They examined, scrutinized, investigated every aspect of Joe Wurzelbacher’s life and then pilloried him with some of the same intense smears with which they hit Sarah Palin.

And, for what?

Asking Barack Obama a question in a random occurrence that OBAMA chose himself.

Team Obama knows that their candidate looked like a Marxist, talked like a Marxist and well exposed himself as a redistributionist Marxist which Obama was closely hiding from the American voters. This is not the image the Democrats wish to project to persuadable independent and undecided voters who continue to believe in capitalism and the American Dream.

So, SMEAR Joe the Plumber.

Flap agrees with Ed – please folks on the LEFT keep this story in the news for at least another week. The bloom has come off the Obama rose and the more transparency the better – particularly for those nasty tax increases and redistributionist welfare checks coming to a mailbox near you.

    Using McCain’s 6-Day 10hr shifts Joe could have made in excess of $250,000.00 WITHOUT EVEN OWNING THE BUSINESS!

    You say how? An PRIMARY “A” DIVISION JOURNEYMEN in LOCAL #1 makes $80.26 per hr (including benefits) X 6 days a week 10 hrs a day = $3,210.40 Regular Time + 20 hrs OT @ $120.29 = $2405.80 = $5616.20 x 52= $292,042.40!

    So JOE THE “SCAB” PLUMBER could pay his TAXES and get a new van if he was a PROUD AMERICAN “A” DIVISION JOURNEYMEN in LOCAL #1.

    They sure are going ballistic on this. Plumber’s a close relation to son-in law of Keating. Nobody wants to say what relation exactly we’re talking about, and they’re all implying that somehow the encounter between Obama and Joe, and then McCain’s use of it, was planned, but nobody wants to say it, since its obviously untrue. This is a blatant case of blowing dust to obscure the real issue.

    Joe the plumber is a scab? According to McCain’s figures the scab can make over $250,000 and buy a van and pay taxes? Is that the best you Obama supporters can come up with? As a Union member of almost 40 years I can honestly say… you are pathetic. You didn’t understand the point did you? We don’t give a shit if Joe the Plumber is the neighborhood peeping Tom! The guy asked a question and Obama accidentally spilled the beans about his socialist aspirations and they’re trying to attack the guy

    Hey Mr. Union/Obama 2008: Watch what happens to your 401K, retirement, pension, and everything else you think he’s going to protect. His compatriot in Massachusetts is going after all of it already. He wiped out the state surplus that Romney left him with “feel good” programs that don’t affect anybody that’s actually paying taxes. On the contrary he’s making all kinds of cuts in the State budget but you’ll be amazed the things that aren’t being cut… all things that Government has no business doing in the first, things that involve racial equality, racial entitlements, minority voting programs, and so on. He’s taxed us so much that the citizens got fed up enough to put a “no income tax” initiative on the ballot. He passed an executive order which literally wiped out over 300 Unions’ collective bargaining employment agreements to initiate a program that will create a whole NEW beaurocracy and will employ a bunch of non-union political hacks and their relatives. Yeah, that’s a good idea…. vote for the Union candidate Obama you fool!
