Chris, President Obama, by nature, votes “PRESENT” on controversial issues – unless he is prodded, in this case, by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to take action. He does not relish conflict, especially in foreign policy.
After all, Barack is a community organizer not an executive used to making executive type decisions.
Maybe it is better for him to be “missing” and let Hillary or Bill run the shop at the White House.
