Day By Day,  John McCain,  President 2008

Day By Day by Chris Muir

Flap has expressed his reservations regarding Senator MCCain over the past year as I supported Rudy Giuliani for President. Where was all of the outrage from the RIGHT when Rudy was cratering in the December 2007 polls and Fred Thompson was left moribund and penniless in his campaign?

All of this outrage seems to derive not from Miuke Huckabee and his Evangelical Christian supporters but from Mitt Romney and his Mormon minions. To think that the liberal governing flip-flopping Romney can rebirth himself and re-emerge as a conservative challenge to McCain is ludicrous.

Flap supposes all of that Romney money floating around and his desperation to get some of his hard earned coin back (after wasting some $10 million on assinine ads in California) is shading all of this outrage in the right blogosphere and at CPAC.

So much for a “BIG TENT” GOP and a legitimate discussion of candidates and their issues. The righty blogs, including Chris Muir’s cartoon above are becoming as lock step as the MSM.

What a shame.

Update:

NZ Bear has a CPAC blog feed up here.
